The following terms and conditions govern all interactions with the CAFB Online Store:

Self Service: This is defined as a system whereby customers select goods themselves and pay at a check out point.
Customer care: The process whereby a CAFB representative assist a customer with the purchasing of a ticket.
- Coupon codes applied for any purchases are limited to self service purchases only. Any orders placed through customer care do not guarantee customers discounts due to administration costs incurred by The Company.
- The CAFB is not liable for incorrect order details supplied by customers, including but not limited to billing address, payment method, delivery address and quantities ordered.
- Defective products must be reported to the CAFB who will liaise with the supplier and revert with shipping, exchange or refund details. Customers purchasing from the CAFB online store acknowledge and accept that this communication may take between 1-21 days before disputes can be effectively resolved by suppliers. Should customers wish to contact suppliers directly, requests may be directed through the contact form on the CAFB website.
- By purchasing items from the CAFB online store, customers provide full consent to CAFB to send newsletters including CAFB updates, event news and promotions. Should any individual wish to unsubscribe, he/she is welcome to do so manually, by clicking the appropriate links in said newsletters at any time convenient to him/her.
- Customers acknowledge that purchases made for event tickets, set date workshops and training seminars, as well as limited offers, may expire after a specified date and may not submit claims for refunds or exchanges should an event be missed due to customer negligence.
