clothing and relatable items specialized and limited to Creative Angels Fashion Benefits’
online platform. Such said items may be delivered door to door, through relevant courier or
shipping service providers, at the relevant and appropriate fee. This online platform together
with its products may be duly visible to all site visitors however the purchasing platform, in its
entirety, is wholly and substantially limited to registered online site account holders of
Creative Angels Fashion Benefit.
1. Legally binding contract
1 (1) All users and account holders, including any such persons that purchase from the site are
bound by the terms and conditions referred to in this return policy. By registering, or using the
site at all, the purchaser recognizes that he/she read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the
relevant terms and conditions. Henceforth should there be any clause, section and/or
subsections within the terms and conditions stipulated below that the purchaser does not
comprehend accordingly, the onus falls on purchaser as the relevant account holder and/or
buyer to ask and/or enquire with the relevant entity, that being Creative Angels Fashion
Benefit, to explain the relevant clause, section and/or subsection to the purchaser prior to
using or buying from the site.
2. With whom are you entering into a contract?
2(1)The site in question is owned and run by Creative Angels Fashion Benefit, a division owned
by Perana Viosa (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2013/163330/07, a company incorporated in the
Republic of South Africa (herein after referred to as “CAFB”). More information about CAFB is
available at the end of these terms and conditions.
3. Products and availability
Please take due note that the relevant stock of items advertised on offer online is limited.
CAFB will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that special offers are brought to an end
when stock runs out. If it happens that CAFB is unable to fulfill any order at the advertised
price because stock is sold out, but payment has already taken place, CAFB will promptly
inform you via email and thereafter you'll be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value for
which you have paid for such product and/or stock. This is described in more detail under
CAFB'S Help section, delivery and returns
3 (1) Further take note:
3(1) (1) CAFB is a great initiative online fashion store, but there are some rules and regulations as
stipulated below.
3(1)(1)(2) In order to purchase items online, you must register as an account holder for which you will
thereafter be bound by the terms and conditions as stipulated within the clauses ,sections and
subsections in this return policy.
3(1)(1)(3) There are terms and conditions within the relevant clauses, sections and subsections
throughout the return policy, through registration and use of the site, it is an informed assumption on
the part of Creative Angels Fashion Benefit that you as the relevant purchaser have taken the care,
time and consideration to understand and accepted them.
3(1)(1)(4) Products are limited to a first come first serve basis and products do sell out, especially
when they’re on special, should this happen , as the relevant purchaser ,you will be refunded
accordingly with the exact Rand value paid.
4. Purchasing of Products
4(1) The site allows you, the user, to place electronic orders ("order") for one or more products on
offer as long as such products are available and not sold out.
4(2) A purchasing contract ("sale") between you and CAFB only comes into effect once you have fully
completed and submitted the online order form for one or more products in your shopping cart (“cart")
and your payment has been authorized by CAFB (or has been received into CAFB’s bank account).
4(3) Products on CAFB cannot be reserved to be bought at a later stage, and placing an item in your
cart without completing the order does not amount to a “sale” as no ‘reserving’ of an item is applicable.
4(4) This means that CAFB reserves the right to remove any product(s) from your cart before the sale
actually takes place, in the event of the product going out of stock.
4(5) CAFB relinquishes responsibility and/or any liability if the product(s) you added to your cart have
become unavailable when you try to complete the sale.
4(6) a tax invoice will be emailed to the email address on your CAFB profile. A delivery note will be
included with your order – please note that no prices are made visible on the delivery note.
Further take note of the relevant buyers and/or purchaser procedure:

4(6) (2) submit your order and soon as we’ve received your payment, this duly concedes purchasing
contract.
4(6)(3)CAFB cannot reserve the products in your cart therefore onus falls on the buyer and/or
purchaser to ensure purchasing is done promptly, and this is to factor in minimal delay.
5. Cancelling of orders
5(1) CAFB reserves the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel
any purchase, partially or completely, with due notice given to you if they do not comply with
relevant regulations
5(2) CAFB will be liable for reimbursing you the rand value paid if payment for the cancelled
order has already been processed. You have the right to return non-defective products
purchased within 21-days of the order being delivered.
6. Steps in aid of preventing fraudulent activity with regards to purchase and payment
6 (1) CAFB reserves the right, in the interest of preventing fraud, to refuse the processing of payment
for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely.
6 (2) CAFB may request documentation to complete the necessary fraud checks and cancel any order
whereby the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner.
6 (3) In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on CAFBs’ online platform, cardholders will be
advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. CAFB does not process
refunds for orders suspected of fraud.
7. Product Pricing
7 (1) The price of each product is given on the product information page (“the product page”) on the
site. The product price displayed always includes VAT at 14% unless otherwise stipulated.
7 (2) CAFB offers the best prices possible on all given products. The orderly fashion in which price’
categories’ vary is done in a simple manner
7(2) (1) Price ‘categories’ refer to ordinary cost of products, sale prices of product and so forth. At
times when products are discounted and a sale is taking place products are moved accordingly to the
relevant section of the online platform.
7(3) take special note that when products are discounted during a promotion; the amount you save
is displayed at checkout after you enter a voucher code.
Please note that the only way to be refunded for an incorrectly priced product is if you cancel the sale.

10(1) If you are content with any items from your order you may return them to us within 21 days
from delivery (subject to the stipulations below )
10(2) the purchaser must select whether you prefer a refund or a CAFB online store credit
10(3) Please note as the purchaser the onus is on you to ensure that the returns must be delivered to
us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed
10(4) please take due regard and note that refunds on returns will be subject to a administration
charge.
10(5) In the case of defected items there will be no administrative charge
10(6) Items with no defects should be returned in excellent condition or in a condition as closest to
when received and onus falls on the purchaser.
10(6) (1) Items that have been damaged in any manner that does not originate on the part of CAFB
will not be accepted and no refunds will take place.
10(6)(2)Take note that once CAFB has received your refunded item and is happy in all due respects
of the material nature of the item , CAFB will refund you by your original payment method.
10(6)(3)Payments can take up to 21 working days to process after full inspection of the Product.
Returned items will be refunded however this is excluding the original cost of courier and/ shipping
and subject to a 10% administration fee.
For your consideration as the buyer and/or purchaser:
10(6)(1)(1)Please ensure that when purchasing from CAFB online platform that your size is correct
and that the correct product is selected to prevent unnecessary return policy processes.
10(6)(1)(2) Your returned item must be returned back at CAFB no later than 21 days after you receive
the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that CAFB will accept the order back for refund.
10(6)(1)(2) Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this , further, we can
only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.
10(6)(1)(3) We strongly advise all buyers and/or purchaser of CAFBs’ online platform to check
products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any
original packaging.
11. EXCHANGES.
11(1) if you would like to exchange a product purchased from CAFB you will need to return the
original item and then place a new order. You will receive a Credit for the original item, excluding the
original cost of courier and/or shipping, according to our returns policy.
